• Redesigned and redeveloped main sales acquisition site to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
• Improved design of customer journey including brochureware and online ordering process.
• Completed all design and build for Bulldog Lounge - a content and service portal for Bulldog customers and finalist for Best Portal at ISP Awards 2006.
• Designed all Bulldog content partner services including white-label music download and online TV products.
• Supported brand campaigns with site overhauls as required.
• Completed marketing projects for campaign based activity including co-branded work for eBay, Sun and Metro newspapers.
